CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RES. #22-0 <br />A RESOLUTION RE-ESTABLISHING PRECINCTS) & POLLING PLACE(S) <br />WHEREAS, the legislature of the State of Minnesota has been redistricted; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute §204B.14, subd. 3 (e) requires that precinct boundaries must be <br />re-established within 60 days of when the legislature has been redistricted or at least 19 weeks <br />before the state primary election, whichever comes first; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Centerville, <br />County of Anoka, State of Minnesota hereby re-establishes the boundaries of the voting precinct <br />and polling place as follows: <br />1. The boundaries of Precinct 1 are hereby re-established to coincide with the boundaries of <br />the City. <br />2. The polling place for Precinct 1 remains at St. Genevieve's Community Parish Center <br />located at 6995 Centerville Road. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 23rd day of February, 2022. <br />D.
