CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Committee Chair Errickson-Grahek, called the February 2, 2022 meeting of the Parks & Recreation <br />Committee meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. via Zoom. <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Freiermuth, seconded by Committee Member Akpan to add <br />the following under VI. New Business: 2. Award Funding for the 2022 Fete des Lacs Logo Contest <br />and 3. Use of Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park or Hidden Spring Park for Centerville ElementaryÓs <br />Medallion Hunt; VIII. Updates: 4. Art in the Park. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES Î NONE <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS Î NONE <br /> <br />V. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. 21-014: Skate/Sled Night Î February 12, 2022 <br /> <br />Committee Member Peterson reported that fat tire bikes, along with kick sleds and snow shoes would be <br />provided by Wargo Nature Center for the event. There was discussion regarding the potential for need <br />of pallets, assistance from the Scouts for the bonfire, and distribution of popcorn and sÓmores. Signs, <br />posters and social media will be utilized for marketing. It was discussed that inventory of hot cocoa, <br />water, popcorn and sÓmores were at proper levels for the event. It was stated that the audio mixer would <br />be in the warming house for the event and that Committee Members Peterson, Errickson-Grahek, Akpan <br /> <br />
