They have been good stewards in the past. <br />Granting of said application should be conditioned upon the following: No permanent markings on Trails/Sidewalk or property, No <br />maintenance of said Trails/Sidewalks of intended use will receive maintenance above and beyond that of regular maintenance of our <br />Public Works Department or Anoka County for this event.
