CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION #22-____ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR MAX STORAGE ENTERPRISES, LLC <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission recommends the City <br />Council grant Max Storage Enterprises, LLC, a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Mini-Storage. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it would be in the best interest of the City to <br />Grant the attached Conditional Use Permit. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to make amendments to the Conditional <br />Use Permit as necessary such that they do not change or alter the intent of the Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Centerville City Council does hereby, approve <br />the attached Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED this ___ day of March 2022 by the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville. <br /> ________________________________ <br /> D.
