CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING & <br />CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />MONDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2021 <br />6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING (6:35 PM) <br />I.CALL TO ORDER <br />1.Roll Call <br />Present were Mayor Love, Council Members Lakso, Koski, Mosher and King. <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENGA <br />IV. RECESS TO CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Mosher to recess to a Closed <br />Executive Session to review the performance and pay of the City Administrator at 6:38 p.m. All <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br />I. Annual Performance Review <br /> <br />Discussion were had regarding monthly reviews with the Personnel Committee, and the overall <br />performance of the Administrator throughout the year. <br />II. Salary Adjustment Consideration <br />Discussions were had regarding the AdministratorÓs successful performance review and proposed salary <br />adjustment considerations. <br />V. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member King to reconvene to open <br />session. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />VI. AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />1. Consider action related to City AdministratorÓs Performance and Pay <br /> <br />Salary considerations were previously discussed in Closed Executive Session. <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, Seconded by Council Member King to increase the City <br />AdministratorÓs salary to $125,000/annually commencing January 1, 2022. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />
