CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />February 16, 2022 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a regularly scheduled Economic <br />Development Authority meeting on February 16, 2022. <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. by President Jeff Hanzal. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL* <br /> <br />NOT APPROVED <br />PRESENT: President Jeff Hanzal <br /> Commissioner Steve King <br /> Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br /> Commissioner Mark Remillard <br /> Commissioner Jim Weatherhead <br /> <br />ABSENT: None. <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator, EDA Executive Director, Mark Statz & Assistant City <br />Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br /> <br />A motion to approve the agenda was made by Commissioner King and seconded by <br />Commissioner Weatherhead. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A motion by President Hanzal and seconded by Commissioner Weatherhead was made to approve <br />the November minutes as presented. Motion carried. A second motion, also made by President <br />Hanzal and seconded by Commissioner Weatherhead was made to re-approve the first three items <br />on the November agenda (agenda, minutes, and bills & communications) since the authors of the <br />motions from that meeting were not captured because of technical difficulties. Motion carried. A <br />th <br />motion approving the January 19 minutes was made by Commissioner King and seconded by <br />Commissioner Weatherhead. Motion carried. <br /> <br />V.
