The developer has signed necessary agreements and is authorized to file the plat. <br />Rehbein Industrial <br />Work on the extension of Fairview Street has been completed, up through the gravel base of <br />the road, including sewer, water and stormwater utilities. Curb and paving will follow in the <br />Spring. <br />Sutton Transport <br />The site has been graded and is ready for construction, once agreements are finalized. SuttonÓs <br />builder has submitted plans for review by the cityÓs building department. <br /> <br />2050/2070 Main Street Î American Building Supply <br />The site plan for American Building Supply was approved by the City Council at their last <br />meeting. The developer was closing on the property at the time this report went to print. The <br />contractor intends to begin construction on the site and in the building, almost immediately. <br />Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />The City Council approved the proposed development consisting of 2 buildings, each with 8 <br />for-lease units which would include a large overhead door, and enough space (50Ó x 26Ó) to <br />house equipment for small contractors working in the trades. The heated units would also be <br />available for rental to store personal items, such as RVs, boats and other large equipment. The <br />next step will be to record the Conditional Use Permit and wait for a building permit submittal <br />from the builder. <br />Project Banjo <br />The city is in receipt of zoning applications for a 141,000 square feet fulfillment center for a <br />large online retailer. The facility would include a large covered loading area for delivery vans <br />and may employ as many as 543 people. The project would be located on the 40 acres of land <br />thst <br />between 20 and 21 Avenues, north of Fairview Street. Staff is reviewing their application <br />and will be presenting preliminary information to the Planning Commission on April 5, 2022. <br />A formal public hearing is anticipated for May 3, 2022 at 6:30 PM. <br /> <br /> <br />
