CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville's Parks & Recreation Committee held their <br />regularly scheduled meeting on March 2, 2022 in the Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall, the <br />meeting was available via Zoom and was live streamed by North Metro TV <br />Present: Committee Member Emem Akpan <br />Committee Member Kathy Freiermuth <br />Committee Member Jessica Kubat <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br />Acting Chair Suzanne Seeley <br />Also Present: City Administrator Mark Statz <br />Assistant City Administrator Athanasia Lewis <br />City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br />Council Liaison Michelle Lakso <br />Absent: Chairperson Heidi Errickson-Grahek <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Not Approved <br />Acting Chair Seeley called the March 2, 2022 meeting to order at 6:39 p.m. <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Acting Chair Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Freiermuth to Approve the Agenda <br />as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />III. APPEARANCES <br />1. None <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. None <br />V. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Acting Chair Seeley recommended that V Committee Business (Unfinished), Items 91 and VI. Committee <br />Business (New), Item #4 be tabled and placed on the next Agenda allowing for needed items of action to be <br />discussed/considered at the beginning of the meeting with the remainder of the meeting being designated <br />for the aforementioned items. She stated that she felt that this would allow more dedicated discussion and <br />understanding of the items. <br />Discussion ensued regarding modifying the "Master" Trail Plan with a title more suitable (i.e., "All Park <br />Goer Plan" or "Community Park Plan"), understanding of the plan and the Capital Improvement Project <br />(CIP). <br />
