CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission held in Council Chambers on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. One (1) member <br />of the Commission participated via Zoom. <br />I. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Kuiper to Approve the <br />Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br />1.Site Plan Review & CUP Consideration – Max Storage Enterprises, Inc. & Farrell <br />Properties, 2010 Fairview Street (Continued) <br />City Administrator Statz stated the public hearing on this item is still open from the previous <br />meeting. He stated that the Commission could use this time to ask the applicants any <br />clarifying questions they may have. <br />Commissioner Kubat stated he would like to know if the applicants have seen the request <br />from City Planner Carlson to add additional lighting on both the north and south ends of the <br />property and if they are able to accommodate it. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br />
