<br />Kwik Trip <br />Staff has been working with Kwik TripÓs staff to get securities and other agreements in place. <br />The owner has communicated that construction could begin by mid-summer, 2022. <br /> <br />Recently, the siteÓs engineer finalized plans for the right turn lane to be constructed on Main <br />Street on the south side of the store and obtained signatures from both the City and County <br />thst <br />Engineers. With this work, the sidewalk from 20 to 21 Avenues on the north side of Main <br />st <br />Street and up 21 Avenue from Main Street to Michaud Way will be constructed. <br /> <br />Norbella Senior Living <br />Norbella has now broken ground on the site, installing utilities and excavating for the <br />foundation and parking lot. Work will continue within the building through the winter and the <br />facility will open to residents by early September. <br /> <br />Peterson Shores <br />The developer has signed necessary agreements and is authorized to file the plat. <br />Rehbein Industrial <br />Work on the extension of Fairview Street has been completed, up through the gravel base of <br />the road, including sewer, water and stormwater utilities. Curb and paving will follow in the <br />Spring. <br />Sutton Transport <br />All outstanding fees have been satisfied associated with the DeveloperÓs Agreement, including <br />Park Dedication and Stormwater Access. Documents have been forwarded for recording with <br />Anoka County. Once this is complete, a Building Permit can be issued. <br /> <br />2050/2070 Main Street Î American Building Supply <br />Work continues on the structureÓs roof. A building permit has also now been issued for the <br />remodeling on the interior of the building. Site work can begin as soon as the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District approves the revised site plan. We anticipate this approval in the next few <br />weeks. <br />Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />The City Council approved the proposed development consisting of 2 buildings, each with 8 <br />for-lease units which would include a large overhead door, and enough space (50Ó x 26Ó) to <br />house equipment for small contractors working in the trades. The heated units would also be <br />available for rental to store personal items, such as RVs, boats and other large equipment. The <br />next step will be to record the Conditional Use Permit and wait for a building permit submittal <br />from the builder. <br /> <br /> <br />
