Business Revolving Loan and Grant Program <br />Executive Director Statz reported that there are no new applications. <br /> <br />d. COVID Relief Business Assistance Grant Programs <br />Executive Director Statz reported that there are no new programs. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. 2022 EDA Strategic Plan <br />Assistant Administrator Lewis and Executive Director Statz presented a draft of the 2022 EDA <br />Strategic Plan for EDA review. The goals outlined in the plan are: <br /> <br /> Guide Redevelopment <br /> Spur New Development <br /> Increase Business Engagement <br /> Market & Promote Centerville <br /> <br />Discussion ensued about the goals and implementation strategies. Points of interest include <br />marketing, recruitment, business incentives for new development, community outreach, and <br />citizen engagement. <br /> <br />The EDA requested a couple of changes to the draft plan. Requested revisions are that business <br />engagement strategies include seniors and that the plan be revised to span 3 years (from 2022- <br />2024). <br />Motion by Commissioner King, and seconded by Commissioner Remillard to adopt the EDA <br />2022-2024 EDA Strategic Plan as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />2. Website Update <br />Assistant Administrator Lewis reported that the city council singed a contract with CivicPlus for <br />th <br />website design/hosting/app services at their meeting on March 9. Since then, CivicPlus reached <br />out to staff requesting the contract be revised to include a couple of missing items, such as language <br />about the city owning content, a redesign in year four at no cost to the city, and a link to the <br />vendorÓs Master Service Agreement. <br /> <br />VIII.
