ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT <br />AGREEMENT ("Agreement") was made this /51�'-day of April, 2022 by and between the CITY <br />OF CENTERVILLE, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("City"), and Helen. Lininger and Rahul <br />Ughade, married to each other, a married couple ("Landowners"). Both individuals have legally <br />changed their names accordingly: Helen Koshti and Rahul Koshti. Property owners have not <br />changed their names on the deed for their property. <br />RECITALS <br />A. Landowners owner in fee as tenants to the real property situated in Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, legally described as follows (`.`Subject Property"): <br />PIN #23-31-22-33-0011 LOT 4, BLOCK 1 HUNTERS CROSSING <br />6871 Beaver Pond Way <br />B. Landowners seek permission from the City to construct/locate a fence <br />approximately 20.67' back from the front facade of the garage going northerly 15.5' along the <br />northerly side property line west approximately 107' to the rear property line going. southerly 95'. <br />An additional section will be installed approximately 26.3' from the front fagade of the home, <br />then 15.5' south to the side property line. This section will either be connected to the neighbors <br />existing fence or fixed near the property line. The fence will be encroaching all side and rear <br />City's right-of-way/drainage and utility easement(s). <br />
