LACLEAGUE of <br />MINNESOTA <br />CITIES <br />ARPA Project and Expenditure <br />Report Now Open for Filing <br />April 4, 2022 <br />The U.S. Treasury has opened access to the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Project and <br />Expenditure Report, including the one-time option to elect the "standard allowance:' <br />The U.S. Treasury opened the Project and Expenditure Report on April 1. All American Rescue <br />Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund recipients are required to file this report <br />by April 30, 2022. <br />Access the ARPA Project and Expenditure Report <br />Non -entitlement units (NEUs) will find value in viewing the video, State and Local Fiscal <br />Recovery Fund: Compliance & Reporting Guidance for NEUs, provided by the U.S. Treasury to <br />learn more about reporting. NEUs are generally cities with populations under 50,000. <br />Reminders <br />As a reminder, the ARPA Final Rule allows a one-time opportunity to elect the "standard <br />allowance" under the revenue loss provision of the act. This election must be made on the <br />Project and Expenditure Report due April 30. (Read more about this in a previous article.) <br />Remember also that there are a few tasks you must complete before submitting your Project <br />and Expenditure Report, including setting up an account on login.gov and making sure your <br />registration is active on SAM.gov.
