The facility is nearing the end of its
useful life and there are important decisions regarding its future that need to be made and taken
into consideration (i.e. complete some major maintenance on the existing equipment, buy new
modular ramps, rails and the like) or make a major investment in a poured concrete facility?
Send us your thoughts at info@centervillemn.com.
LaMotte Park Ballfield Repairs
The new ag-lime was delivered for the infields two weeks ago, a contractor has been hired to
spread the ag-lime and fill in depressions over the drain tile lines in the outfield. An additional
contractor was hired to repair the backstop on Field #2. Centennial Little League is eagerly
waiting to utilize the fields and we are anticipating a full season of events at the park.
Local Board of Appeal & Equalization Meeting
At the April 13, 2022 City Council meeting, the City’s Assessing Team appeared before
Council, acting as the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization (LBAE) along with Mr. Alex
