COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution # 22- 011 <br />A RESOLUTION TO ELECT <br />THE STANDARD ALLOWANCE FOR ARPA REVENUE LOSS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, The City of Centerville has been granted federal American Rescue Plan Act funding for 2021 and <br />2022; and <br />WHEREAS, Centerville must choose between making annual calculations of revenue loss or accepting the <br />standard allowance amount not to exceed $10,000,000; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to maximize its flexibility in spending funds and simplify its reporting <br />requirements; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville that: <br />1. The City Council elects to use the standard deduction for revenue loss. <br />2. The City Administrator is authorized and directed to report this election to the US Treasury <br />in its report due April 30, 2022. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 27th day of April, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br />
