CITY OF CENTERVILLE REQUEST <br />FOR COMMISSION ACTION <br />� ntervitte <br />Agenda Item # <br />Department: <br />Requested Meeting Date: <br />IV.1 <br />Planning and Zoning <br />May 3, 2022 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development - Project Banjo <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />See attached application materials, staff memo and other background information. <br />At the last Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the Commission voted to handle the development as a <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD), as allowed by city code. The Commission then called for a public hearing <br />on the PUD. <br />The Public Hearing for the PUD has been noticed in the newspaper, and mailed to surrounding residents and <br />land owners as required by law. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />See attached fee income and tax estimate. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />After the staff report and presentation by the developer, it would be appropriate to open the Public Hearing for <br />the Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development. This can be done by the Chair or through a <br />motion. The public hearing should be closed via a motion. <br />Motion to open the Public Hearing. Hear comments from the public.
