Centerville Park Maintenance Review: May 2021 page 1 of 3 <br />Hidden Springs Park <br />Before Music in the Parks: <br />• Test pavilion lights and pavilion power outlets <br />• Turn water on and test water fountain and blue spigot (locked) <br />• Swing hinges need oiling <br />• Park bench near Rain Garden 4 4 slats are slit (broken from winter cold) <br />• Park bench facing west on lake shore 4 1 slat is slit <br />• Three Pine trees (branches between 10 and 20 feet height) need trimming. <br />See attached HSP map for locations. <br />Note: Park sign will need new City of Centerville logo when new logo is rolled out. <br />Royal Meadows <br />• Wood chips needed beneath swings <br />• Basketball hoop needs new net <br />• One dead tree (SW corner of park. See attached map for location.) <br />Notes: <br />This park has no ADA play equipment. <br />This park has no bike rack. <br />Trailside Park <br />• Brush and trimmed branch pile should be removed. South edge of park. <br />• Two dead trees on North side of park could be removed. <br />• Stump near lake shore, middle of park should be "prepped and grass seeded". <br />See attached map for locations. <br />Cornerstone Park <br />• 3 areas of dead bushes should be replaced 4 See attached map for locations. <br />• Plexi-glass on west side of kiosk needs washing (can't read the enclosed info, may need <br />replacing if washing doesn't clear it up) <br />• Kiosk frame could use re -painting <br />
