Addressing comments will result in additional fee. 2.Base file information will consist of aerial imagery /GIS. 3.Stantec is not responsible for any costs incurred due to schedule delays beyond our control (e.g. weather, client-induced delays, non-performance of other contractors, etc.) 4.Task budgets are estimates and we reserve the right to reallocate budget between tasks but will not exceed the total contract without Client approval. 5.Additional Client and regulatory correspondence and meetings not specified in the Scope herein can be provided as supplemental services, if requested. 6.No public engagementis required or included in the scope of services. 7.No meetings with City departments, boards or councils unless noted above. Additional Services No additional services, other than those specifically identified in the body of this proposal, are includedin the Scope of Work. If items outside the above-mentioned Scope of Work are found to be required, Stantec can provide you with additional professional services as an amendment to the base contract. A colored rendering of the final preferred concept design layout available upon request. Fee: $450.00 Deliverables The project deliverables will include: 1)Oneelectronicdigitalcopyconsistingoftwoschematicdesignlayoutswithassociatedopinionof probablecost. 2)One electronic digital copy consisting of one finalconcept design layout. Proposed Schedule Stantec will begin work upon signature and return authorization of this letter proposal. We will coordinate final completion with client and expected deadline. Compensation The work described abovewill be performedon an hourly basis with an estimated fee of $5,000.00 including expenses. This is a not-to-exceed fee without prior authorization. This scope and fee assume that the process will commence from start to finish with no interruption of landscape architecturalservices. This letter and scope of services represents the understanding between the City of Centerville and Stantec in respect to the Project and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties and is subject to the current Master Services Agreement between the City and Stantec.
