City Council 2022-2023 Strategic Plan City Council adopted their 2022-2023 Strategic Plan at their April 28, 2022 council meeting. The plan consists of three overarching goals that will guide city policy over the next couple of years. Council included several priories with each of the strategic goals, further clarifying direction for staff, and city boards and commissions. The priorities are outlined in the full plan, which is on the city’s website – a link to the full plan is also provided in this document below strategic goal III. STRATEGIC GOAL I ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Develop strategies, programs, initiatives, and activities to improve the economic well being of the City of Centerville, business relationships and the quality of life for Centerville residents. STRATEGIC GOAL II ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE Promote sustainable development, wellbeing and inclusive growth in the City of Centerville while preparing for future economic, environmental, and social change. STRATEGIC GOAL III – COMMUNITY BUILDING Build and support meaningful community connections, services, and support for community members in the City of Centerville.
