Images of the vehicles are shown below. <br />Additional pictures will be shared once the logos have been placed on them. <br />FINANCE <br />American Rescue Plan (ARP) <br />At the April 27 city council meeting, council passed a resolution authorizing the city to use <br />ARPA funds for typical government services along with specific categories identified in the <br />final regulation for pandemic relief activities, except debt services payments or building up <br />fund balances. <br /> <br />The city has received confirmation that our ARPA compliance reporting has been completed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />STORMWATER/WETLAND <br />MS4 Audit <br />Last month, City staff, consultants and Rice Creek Watershed District representatives attended <br />a three hour long Zoom conference call with an Auditor from the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency (MPCA) to review our cityÓs compliance with its Municipal Separate Sewer System <br />(MS4) Permit. Results of the audit will be communicated to the city in a few weeks. <br /> <br /> <br />
