CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Administrator Statz stated that Check #35023-35024 were added due to rescheduling of Main <br />Street Market vendors and Staff felt that refunds would be prudent at this time. <br /> <br />1. City of Centerville Claims through April 13, 2022 (Check #34984-35024) & <br />(1863E-1867E) <br />2. Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through April 7, 2022 (Check <br />#14261-14288), (E2022023-E2022027) & Payroll (Check #14259-14260) <br />3. Centennial Fire District Claims through April 12, 2022 (Check #9280-9291), <br />(E2022005) & Payroll (Check #9277-9279) <br />4. Centerville Lions Cadillac Dinner <br />a. Special Event Permit <br />b. Temporary On-Sale Liquor License <br />5. Parks Facility Use Permits <br /> a. Cub Scout Pack 232 <br /> b. ISD 12 Community Education <br /> c. Centennial Youth Soccer <br />6. Fete des Lacs Budget Items <br />7. Anonymous Donation of 6-Place Bicycle Rack <br />8. Community Safety Grant – CenterPoint Energy (Fire Department) <br />9. Port-a-Pot Annual Contract <br />10. Consider Adjustments to Property Valuations <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> <br />Administrator Statz recommended pulling Item #10 from the Consent Agenda as actions were <br />completed during the Board of Appeal & Equalization Hearing earlier. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso requested to pulled Item #8 and Council Member Koski desired to pull <br />Items #7 & 9. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve Consent <br />Agenda Items #1-6 as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Item #7: Council Member Koski thanked the anonymous donor for the bicycle rack and also <br />thanked the high school students in the audience this evening stating that he desired for them to <br />get something out of the meeting and become engaged. Mayor Love also thanked the donor for <br />their contribution to the City. <br /> <br />Item #8: Council Member Lakso stated that she felt that the Community Safety Grant was well <br />written and requested that staff provide information regarding expenditures versus grant offsets at <br />budgeting time. <br /> <br />Item #9: Council Member Koski questioned contracts with vendors and whether language within <br />the contract is included for inflation and fuel costs during the contract’s timeframe. Administrator <br />Statz stated that some contracts have escalation figures for fuel prices and it depends on the length <br />Page 5 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
