DRAFT REPORT <br />To: Ryan Companies US, Inc. <br />From: Matt Pacyna, PE, Principal <br />Transportation Collaborative & Consultants, LLC <br />Date:April 22, 2022 <br />Subject:Project Banjo Traffic Study Regional Analysis Addendum <br />INTRODUCTION <br />TC2 has completed a traffic study addendum for the proposed logistics warehousedevelopment, <br />referred to as Project Banjo, in the City of Centerville, MN. This addendumwas developed in <br />response to agency feedback receivedregarding the draft Project Banjo Traffic Studysubmitted in <br />early March 2022. This addendum incorporates previous studyfindings while also providing <br />additional detail and analysis as requested. <br />The development is generally located southwest of the Interstate 35E (I-35E)and Main <br />Street/County Road 14(CR 14) interchange. The subject site shown in Figure 1is currently vacant <br />th <br />and bounded by Commerce Drive to the north, Fairview Street to the south, 20Avenue/County <br />st <br />Road 54(CR 54)to the west, and 21Avenue to the east. <br />The main objectives of this study are to quantifyexisting operations within the study area, evaluate <br />potential traffic impacts to the adjacent roadway network due to the proposed development, and <br />identify potential improvements to support the proposed development to ensure safe and efficient <br />operations for all users.
