Project BanjoNoise Evaluation <br />Centerville, AnokaCounty, Minnesota <br />Analysis Findings <br />The site hascommercialland uses to the north, south, and west as well as residential land uses <br />to the west. The closest residential land use is approximately 600 feet southof the truck court on <br />the western façade of the Project Banjo building. Applicable noise limits from the Centerville <br />Code of Ordinances vary based on the duration of the sound and the district in which the sound <br />is received. Unmitigated hourly equivalent operational noise levels were estimated to range from <br />approximately 44dB(A) to 48 dB(A) during the peak daytime and nighttime hours at the closest <br />noise-sensitive uses westof the site. Noise abatementwas analyzed to be conservative butis <br />not recommendedfor inclusion in the project design at this time. <br /> <br />
