emergency overflows and ditches have been constructed in accordance with the approved grading <br />plan. Owner shall verify and submit to the City, lot corner elevations, pond depth, storm water <br />ingress, and building pads. The City will withhold issuance of building permits until the approved <br />certified grading plan is on file with the City and all erosion control measures are in place as <br />determined by the City Engineer. The Owner shall be required to maintain all erosion control <br />measures until written termination of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit. <br />13. DEWATERING. Due to the variable nature of groundwater levels and storm water <br />flows, it will be the Owner’s and the Owner’s contractors and subcontractors responsibility to <br />satisfy themselves with regard to the elevation of groundwater in the area and the level of effort <br />needed to perform dewatering and storm flow routing operations. All dewatering shall be in <br />accordance with all applicable county, state, and federal rules, and regulations. Department of <br />Natural Resources regulations regarding appropriations permits shall also be strictly enforced. <br /> 14. CLEAN UP. The Owner shall daily clean dirt and debris from streets that has <br />resulted from construction work by the Owner, its contractors, subcontractors, agents, or assigns. <br />Prior to any construction on the Land, the Owner shall identify in writing a responsible party for <br />erosion control, street cleaning, and street sweeping. During such times as construction is active, <br />developer or his agent shall frequently inspect streets and make sure that they are swept of dirt and <br />debris, and free from damage from transient vehicles attending to the site. <br /> 15. SITE PROVISIONS. <br />A.Owner shall be responsible for security on the Land during construction. <br />B.Owner shall maintain communication with the neighboring properties and address <br />any concerns raised by the neighbors in a timely manner. <br />C.Owner shall repair damage to the neighboring streets, curbs, trails, or other public <br />infrastructure caused by construction of the Project, at their own expense. <br />D.Owner shall provide traffic control for any work within the right-of-way. <br /> 16. OWNERSHIP OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
