CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />June 8, 2022 <br />Engineering <br />IX.4 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Resolution Ordering the Feasibility Study for the 2022 Thin Overlay and City Hall Parking Lot Improvements <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />In previous years, the city has assessed a portion of the costs for thin, bituminous overlays to adjacent <br />properties, through MN State Statute 429. This statute requires a feasibility report to be prepared as the first <br />step in the process.
