CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Centerville hereby <br />grants approval of a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT for the SUBJECT PROPERTY on behalf of <br />the LANDOWNER. This Permit is granted as part of a planned unit development as <br />approved by the City Council. <br />The "Permit" allows the Landowner to: <br />Develop, construct, and operate a Loading facility, Truck Terminal, <br />and a facility for Outside Storage on the Subject Property. <br />To construct a building of 44 feet in height on the Subject Property. <br />This variance for building height is limited to the structure approved <br />by the Commission at the time this Permit was granted. <br />All, being subject to the conditions stated herein. <br />This Permit governs the "Subject Property" legally described as: <br />FAIRVIEW SECOND ADDITION Plat, located in the City of Centerville, County <br />of Anoka, and the State of Minnesota. <br />Prior to adoption of the Plat, the land was formerly described: <br />Parcel 1: <br />The South 662.45 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 24, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, as measured <br />at a right angle to the South line of said Northwest Quarter. <br />Abstract Property <br />
