CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION #22- 06— <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR THE <br />ATLAS VENTURES, LLC <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville City Council, approved an Interim Use Permit effective <br />January 22, 2020 for the landowner, Atlas Ventures, LLC. <br />WHEREAS, the Interim Use Permit was effective until the facility obtained their operating <br />licensure from the State of Minnesota. The permit is currently expired. <br />WHEREAS, a condition of the Interim Use Permit states that it may be renewed annually by the <br />approval of the City Council upon the Landowner's demonstration of their intent to seek an <br />operating license for a 16-unit senior living 1 memory care facility on the Subject Property. <br />WHEREAS, due to complications stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic and construction related <br />delays, the facility has not begun its operations. The owner intends to begin operations on August <br />1, 2022. They seek a renewal of their Interim Use Permit and a one-year extension of their Interim <br />Use Permit in order to finalize construction of their facility and begin operating as a 16-unit senior <br />living / memory care facility on the Subject Property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that for good cause shown, the Centerville City <br />Council does hereby, approve the renewal of the aforementioned Interim Use Permit and the <br />extension of the Interim Use Permit until June 8, 2023. <br />PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED this 8th day of June 2022 by the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville. <br /> <br />D.
