CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION #22- 401., <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND USE DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br />FAIRVIEW SECOND ADDITION PLAT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville City Council, after review and consideration of the <br />aforementioned land use applications and documents for the development of the Fairview Second <br />Addition Plat, finds that it is in the best interest of the City to approve: <br />• Revised version of a Development & Subdivision Agreement for Fairview Second <br />Addition. <br />Maintenance Agreement — between Rice Creek Watershed District and the City of <br />Centerville. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to make amendments to these land use <br />documents as necessary such that they do not change or alter the intent of the documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Centerville City Council does hereby, approve <br />the aforementioned land use applications and documents. <br />PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED this 8'b day of June 2022 by the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville. <br />Z�kl <br />D.
