of $10,000 cash escrow for payment of these accrued or future costs in the amounts listed in city <br />code. The City shall draw against the escrow to reimburse itself for all such costs and upon request <br />shall provide the Owner with a detailed report itemizing all costs charged to the Owner by date, <br />hourly rate (if applicable), time in tenths of hours spent, and description of the work or services <br />performed. The Owner agrees that the City has the right to request additional deposits from time <br />to time based on the City's estimates of future out-of-pocket costs and replenish such escrow. <br />Unless excused by the City Council, the Owner shall maintain the escrow for a period of one-year <br />after either the termination of this agreement or completion of all construction and the obligations <br />set forth in this Agreement, whichever period is longer. These costs shall be detailed in invoices <br />to the Owner. <br />The City shall issue a schedule of fees for its known out-of-pocket costs and those of its <br />consultants. The City's annual, published fee schedule is available at CentervilleNM.com. Fees <br />forprofessional services are stated below.
