Director Palzer originally approached 6-8 providers to submit a RFP to be the City's Preferred Provider <br />for residents. Rainbow Tree Service was the only provider that submitted. In May, the Committee had a very <br />busy schedule with the primary discussion being focused on the City's tree plan and requests for more <br />providers. More providers for submission is impossible and Rainbow Tree Service is a reputable firm. <br /> <br />Staff has included their original RFP for your consideration. The RFP/quote is NOT based on the City utilizing <br />their services.
