CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 922-014 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAND USE DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br />FAIRVIEW SECOND ADDITION PLAT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and <br />recommended approval of a number of land use applications for the development of the Fairview <br />Second Addition Plat. The Commission recommends the Council approve: <br />Preliminary Plat for Fairview Second Addition. <br />Site Plan. <br />Planned Unit Development and Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development <br />for the Fairview Second Addition Plat. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville City Council, after review and consideration of these land use <br />applications and documents for the development of the Fairview Second Addition Plat finds that <br />it is in the best interest of the City to approve: <br />Preliminary Plat for Fairview Second Addition. <br />Final Plat for Fairview Second Addition. <br />Site Plan. <br />Ordinance 22-123, Planned Unit Development and Conditional Use Permit for a <br />Planned Unit Development for the Fairview Second Addition Plat. <br />Development & Subdivision Agreement for Fairview Second Addition. <br />WHEREAS, given time pressure and the need to begin construction while favorable conditions <br />exist for the supply of construction materials, the City Council waives a second reading <br />of Ordinance 22-123. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to make amendments to these land use <br />documents as necessary such that they do not change or alter the intent of the documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Centerville City Council does hereby, approve <br />the aforementioned land use applications and documents. <br />
