The HomeHelpMN program is offered through Minnesota Housing to help residents who have fallen behind on their mortgage or other housing-related expenses due to the pandemic. Whether it’s providing financial assistance or guiding someone to trusted resources, HomeHelpMN wants to help residents get the help they need, at the time they need it most. More information and the funding application can be found at: https://homehelpmn.org. Public Works ew containers have beenplaced in of our 8 parks . These receptacles were purchased through Anoka County Recycling Grant Funding. More receptacles will be placed in our remaining parks beginningin 2023. The bins provide ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Economic Development Board (EDA) Upcoming Vacancy The Centerville Economic Development Authority (EDA) is looking for interested citizens to serve on the EDA board. Members of the EDA play an integral role in the community by assisting local businesses and prospective businesses, thereby encouraging investment in the community. If you are interested in serving on the EDA board, please contact the city at 651-429-3232 to learn more! Eligible candidates must either reside in Centerville, or own a business within the city’s boundaries. Anoka County Regional Economic Development Authority (ACRED) Anoka County Regional Economic Development Authority (ACRED) hired a new Economic Development Director. Gregory Frahm-Gilles will begin on August 1, 2022. Gregory has a breadth of experience. He has worked in the public sector as a Director of Economic Development and Planning, in the private sector as a commercial real estate broker and more recently as a small business owner/co-founder working as the Director of Business Operations of Access Veterinary Care.
