The HomeHelpMN program is <br />offered through Minnesota Housing to <br />help residents who have fallen behind on <br />their mortgage or other housing-related <br />expenses due to the pandemic. Whether <br />it’s providing financial assistance or <br />guiding someone to trusted resources, <br />HomeHelpMN wants to help residents get the help they need, at the time they need it most. More <br />information and the funding application can be found at: https://homehelpmn.org. <br />Public Works <br />ew containers <br />have beenplaced in of our 8 parks <br />. These receptacles were purchased through <br />Anoka County Recycling Grant Funding. More <br />receptacles will be placed in our remaining parks <br />beginningin 2023. <br />The bins provide <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />Economic Development Board (EDA) Upcoming Vacancy <br />The Centerville Economic Development Authority (EDA) is <br />looking for interested citizens to serve on the EDA board. <br />Members of the EDA play an integral role in the community by assisting local businesses and <br />prospective businesses, thereby encouraging investment in the community. If you are interested <br />in serving on the EDA board, please contact the city at 651-429-3232 to learn more! Eligible <br />candidates must either reside in Centerville, or own a business within the city’s boundaries. <br />Anoka County Regional Economic Development Authority (ACRED) <br />Anoka County Regional Economic Development Authority (ACRED) hired a new Economic <br />Development Director. Gregory Frahm-Gilles will begin on August 1, 2022. Gregory has a <br />breadth of experience. He has worked in the public sector as a Director of Economic <br />Development and Planning, in the private sector as a commercial real estate broker and more <br />recently as a small business owner/co-founder working as the Director of Business Operations <br />of Access Veterinary Care. <br /> <br />
