COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution # 22- <br />A RESOLUTION ASSIGNING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS TO FUND 353 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the bonds for Fund 348-2015A Bonds, 349-2011A Bonds, and 352-2013A Bonds have been <br />closed; and <br />WHEREAS, there are still special assessments outstanding in each of those funds; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council would like all special assessments dedicated to the repayment of bonds to continue <br />to be used for that purpose; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, that all remaining special assessments pledged to Funds 348, 349, and 352 are hereby <br />permanently assigned to Fund 353 for the repayment of the 2021A Refunding Bonds. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 27th day of July, 2022. <br />Mayor, D.
