<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE#_ <br />SECOND SERIES <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 152 OF THE <br />CENTERVILLE CITY CODE BY MODIFYING CHANGING REGULATIONS TO <br />PERMIT AREA IDENTIFICATION SIGNS IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS <br /> <br />THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Code Section 152.18 shall be amended by adding a section 152.18, (A) (5) to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />(5) Area Identification Signs. One area identification sign is permitted in conjunction with a <br />development or subdivision, however the sign shall not exceed 48 square feet in area and 8 feet <br />in height and shall only be permitted when a homeowner association or other responsible entity <br />has been established that agrees in writing to maintain the sign. <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
