work continues as the building crew completes work on the interior; sheetrock is up and finishes <br />are being installed. A September opening is still the target. <br /> <br />(2) Peterson Shores <br />Staff met with a prospective builder on site to discuss sewer and water connections as well as grading <br />and driveway issues. <br />(17, 19) Rehbein Industrial <br />Paving of the wear course of asphalt will be scheduled for sometime in August. <br />(19) Sutton Transport <br />The buildings walls and roof have been erected. Windows and doors are next up. Site utilities are <br />substantially complete and work on the parking and loading areas continues with curb and pavement <br />expected in the coming weeks. <br /> <br />(15) 2050/2070 Main Street Î American Roofing Supply <br />Interior work is complete. The canopy and signage for the exterior of the building are next on <br />the schedule. Site work has resumed with curb and pavement expected in the next few weeks, <br />followed by landscaping and final site clean-up. <br />(18) Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />The Conditional Use Permit (CUP) has now been sent in to the County for recording and a <br />grading permit has been issued. The building permit is imminent as soon as plumbing and <br />mechanical plans are finalized. <br />(17) Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />Amazon has closed on the purchase of the property. They will begin work on the site on July <br />18. A preconstruction conference was held last week, with a follow-up on-site meeting once <br />construction begins. The project has a scheduled completion date of August 8, 2023, with <br />Amazon taking a month or so after that to outfit the building and begin operations. <br /> <br />City engineering staff will be working with County and Lino Lakes engineers to begin <br />prioritizing the use of transportation related funds from the development. A first step will be to <br />th <br />complete a corridor study of the 20 Avenue (CSAH 54) route from Main Street to Birch Street. <br />This study will help guide intersection improvements to enhance safety and ensure traffic flows <br />freely. <br /> <br />Development Inquiries <br /> Developer looking for 2 Î 5 acre site for apartment complex. <br /> <br /> <br />
