Any other distribution of materials, door knocking, <br />or any other forms of solicitation shall not occur with prior approval from the City. <br />Contract Period <br />Contract shall be in effect for 2022-2023. The contract may be extended upon the City's discretion. <br />Termination <br />The City reserves the right to terminate this contract immediately without cause at any time during the <br />contract. In the event of such termination, the City shall provide Contractor written notice of the <br />termination and upon receipt of same, Contractor shall immediately cease and desist Contractor's <br />provision of services under this contract. The City also reserves the right to negotiate changes in <br />chemical, rates applied, and fee schedules with the Contractor during the duration of the contract in the <br />event that advancements in the treatment of trees to protect against EAB become available. <br />
