The City of Centerville hereby amends its Permit with the Bald Eagle Waterski Show, Inc., first granted on May 15, 2014 as follows: Red = new language and Red = deleted language CITY OF CENTERVILLE PERMIT FOR USE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7145 MAIN STREET (ALSO KNOWN AS TRAILSIDE PARK) The City of Centerville hereby renews its Permit with the Bald Eagle Waterski Show, Inc., (d/b/a/ Bald Eagle Waterski Club) and its members or employees, having a principal place of business at: 65to Oak Read, T : e I akes "4imieseta 554_2,8 11034 Irish Avenue North, Stillwater, Minnesota 55082 (hereinafter referred to as "Permittee"). This Permit is subject to the rights, privileges and limitations set forth herein noting that these terms have been revised since the initial permit issuance. SECTION ONE PROPERTY Permittee shall have a limited right of use and access to public property located at: :7121 7145 Main Street (PIN 923-31-22-22-0013), and its sh eline adiaeent to Ge flte, 1 L T ake PIN #23-31- 22-22-0002, #23-31-22-22-0019 & #23-31-22-22-0031 (hereinafter referred to as "Property"). SECTION TWO TERM The Permittee was first granted this pfermit on May 15, 2014. The renewed permit shall expire on August 31, 2024 unless revoked or voided for reasons otherwise specified in this document. Thereafter, unless notice of termination is received sixty days (60) prior to this annual deadline, the Permit shall self -renew for up to five (5) additional one-year terms. SECTION THREE PERMIT CONSIDERATION It is understood that Permittee does not charge spectators to view its waterski shows. As long as that condition exists, the permit fee shall be $1-40 per year. SECTION FOUR PERMITTED USE OF PROPERTY Permittee is granted variances from City Code, Chapter 92, pursuant to §92.30: A. Permittee will use the Property for the purpose of conducting waterski shows and accommodating public viewing of these shows along with necessary practice sessions. Permittee may install a dock and boat lit into Centerville Lake, std�eet to approval of St. Paul Region
