§ 112.18 REDEMPTION PERIOD. <br /> A person who pawns an item shall have at least five months to redeem the item before it may be sold. <br />Ord. #64, adopted 08/13/1997 <br />§ 112.19 PROVISIONS OF STATE LAW ADOPTED. <br /> Except where this section contains a different provision, the provisions of state law relating to <br />pawnbrokers and secondhand goods dealers are adopted and made part of this section as if set out in full.
