Chapters 168, 169, 170 and 171, each as amended by subsequent laws <br />of the State of Minnesota, are adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets and alleys <br />within the city and are incorporated in and made a part of this chapter as completely as if set out here in full. <br />§ 70.02 LOCKING IGNITION. <br /> Every person parking a motor vehicle on a public street, alley or parking lot within the city shall lock the <br />ignition, remove the key and take the same with him or her. <br />§ 70.03 U-TURNS. <br /> No vehicle shall be turned around by making a U-turn upon any street or highway in the city unless the <br />vehicle shall first proceed to an intersecting street.
