Water Services and subject to permits from Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, if any <br />are required. subject to approval and the issuance of required permits, if any, allowing such <br />installation: i.e.: Anoka County SheriffÓs Office, DNR, etc. with same being filed with the City. <br />Additionally, a temporary platform may be constructed along the shoreline to facilitate show <br />logistics, subject to the approval of the CityÓs Public Works Director. No other improvements may <br />be attached to the Property without prior written consent of the City; <br />B. The Property is designated as an area where vehicles may be driven by Permittee or its <br />Vendors (in variance of City Code, Section §92.06), any damage to the property resulting from <br />such use shall be the responsibility of the Permittee; <br /> <br />C. Permittee may locate and park a 10 x 12 equipment trailer on the Property at a location to <br />be agreed upon by the parties and that trailer may be present on the Property during times when <br />public grounds are closed to the public according to City Code, Chapter 92 (in variance of City <br />Code, Section §92.07 & §92.08). Trailer must not be parked within six (6) feet of any manhole; <br />D. Permittee may post up to two (2) signs advertising its waterski shows on the Property (in <br />variance to ofCity Code, Section §92.12), however; said signage must otherwise comply with <br />applicable law; <br />E. Permittee may swim from the Property (in variance to of City Code Section §92.18); <br />F. Permittee may launch a boat from the Property (in variance to of City Code Section §92.20); <br />and <br />F. Permittee may use the protected shoreline areas of the Property extending fifteen feet from <br />the high water mark of the lake (in varianceto of City Code Section §92.21) but must maintain and <br />protect the shoreline from erosion or damage. shall not allow operations or activities to cause <br />damage or erosion to the shoreline. <br />G. Permittee may store its dock, boat lift and portable jump/ramp on site during the off-season <br />in a mutually agreeable location which minimizes aesthetic intrusion and safety risks. <br /> <br />H. Permittee may offer merchandise, food and third-party sales/vendors on site with a <br />maximum of three (3) (in variance of City Code, §113). All food and third-party sales/vendors <br />will not conduct any transactions during the Main Street Market event. The location of said booth, <br />table, trailer or mobile vehicle for delivery of such must not to impede pedestrian usage of the <br />abutting trail, impede motor vehicle usage of CSAH14 (Main Street) obstruction or line of site or <br />cause confusion of oncoming traffic. If, at any time, the Centennial Lakes Police Department, <br />authorized Public Safety organization(s) or the City of Centerville determine that public is <br />compromised, the locations of these solicitors will be immediately addressed. Any Vendor, without <br />securing the appropriate food licenses, either through the State of Minnesota, Anoka County or <br />both will not be allowed on site. Licensing must be displayed at all times while on site. (in variance <br />of City Code §113). <br /> <br />
