G. Permittee may store its dock, boat lift and portable jump/ramp on site during the off-season in a mutually agreeable location which minimizes aesthetic intrusion and safety risks. H. Permittee may offer merchandise, food and third-party sales/vendors on site with a maximum of three (3) (in variance of City Code, §113). All food and third-party sales/vendors will not conduct any transactions during the Main Street Market event. The location of said booth, table, trailer or mobile vehicle for delivery of such must not to impede pedestrian usage of the abutting trail, impede motor vehicle usage of CSAH14 (Main Street) obstruction or line of site or cause confusion of oncoming traffic.
