City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />May 25, 2022 <br /> <br />Parks & Recreation <br />Anoka County Fire Protection <br />b. Koski Î <br />Planning & Zoning Commission Î Council Member Koski stated that next <br />Planning & Zoning Commission is scheduled for June 7, 2022. <br />Fire Steering Committee Î Council Member Koski asked Administrator <br />Statz if the Fire Steering meeting had been scheduled. <br /> <br />c. King - <br /> Economic Development Authority Î Council Member King stated that <br />they revamped the Loan and Grant Program to distribute funding at 50% of <br />the project on day one (1) following the process of being granted funds with <br />the remaining funds being distributed one (1) year following. This had to <br />do with a business who received full funding and then within several months <br />closed the business. <br /> <br />Administrator Statz stated that that the EDA is continuing to work with the <br />County for HRA funding, what it can be used on and etc. He stated that <br />$400,000 is available. <br />Mayor Love asked Administrator Statz when you would be meeting with <br />Centra Homes regarding Block 7 and Administrator Statz stated that a <br />meeting has been scheduled for June 8, 2022. <br /> <br /> Fire Steering Î Council Member King gave no report. <br /> <br />d. Mosher Î <br /> <br /> Police Governing Board Î Council Member Mosher gave no report. <br /> Economic Development Authority Î Council Member Mosher stated that <br />swag bags, solicitations for trinkets from businesses to hand out at Music in <br />the Park and Main Street Market have been made. <br /> <br />e. Love Î Mayor Love wished everyone a Happy Memorial Day and thanked those <br />who served and their families for their sacrifice they have giving for our freedom. <br /> <br /> North Metro Telecommunications Commission Î Mayor Love gave no <br />report. <br /> Police Governing Board Î Mayor Love gave no report. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 6 of 7 <br /> <br />
