CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />July 20, 2022 <br />6:30 p.m. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a regularly scheduled <br />Economic Development Authority meeting on July 20, 2022. <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 6:33 p.m. by President Jeff Hanzal. <br />IL ROLL CALL* <br />NOT APPROVED <br />PRESENT: President Jeff Hanzal <br />Commissioner Steve King <br />Commissioner Mark Remillard <br />Commissioner Jim Weatherhead <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br />STAFF: Assistant City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br />There were no amendments to the agenda. <br />Motion by Commissioner Remillard and seconded by Commissioner Weatherhead to <br />approve the agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The May 18 minutes were revised to incorporate two minor administrative revisions. There was <br />no meeting in June. <br />Motion by Commissioner King and seconded by President Remillard to approve the May 18, <br />2022 meeting minutes. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />V. BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br />1. Bills <br />a. Check List <br />Motion by President Hanzal and seconded by Commissioner King to approve the checks as <br />presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />
