The applicant is open to processing <br />their project as a PUD. <br /> <br />b. Consideration of a Planned Unit Development <br /> <br />Discussion ensued about requiring the applicant to submit an application for a PUD. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Olson to require the <br />development be submitted as a PUD, finding that the proposed development could be <br />best handled as a PUD. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Olson to call for a public <br />hearing for Banjo on May 3, 2022 at the regular Planning and Zoning Commission. All <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />VIII. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. March 1, 2022 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Kuiper, seconded by Commissioner Olson to approve the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission meeting minutes of March 1, 2022. All others in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />IX. Announcements and Updates <br /> <br />1. Council Member Liaison <br /> <br />Council Liaison did not have a report. <br /> <br />2. Administrator’s Report <br />City Administrator Statz reviewed the administrator’s report as presented, and he added that <br />staff is in the process of preparing a development map that shows where all the active <br />developments are. There are 19 active sites. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Kuiper to adjourn the <br />meeting at 8:48 p.m. All in favor.
