<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />SEPTEMBER 14, 2022 <br />IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING COUNCIL’S REGULARLY <br />SCHEDULED COUNCIL MEETING COMMENCING AT 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Centerville City Council will be holding <br />a Closed Executive Session immediately following their Regularly Scheduled Council <br />meeting of Wednesday, September 14, 2022 scheduled for 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The purpose of the closed session is to determine the asking price for real property to be <br />sold by the City, namely Block 7, in downtown Centerville; and to develop offers or <br />counteroffers for the sale of that real property. The Closed Session is authorized by <br />Minn. Stat. §13D.05, subd. 3(c). <br /> <br />The meeting is closed to the public.
