CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO CITY CODE <br />CHAPTER 91: HEALTH AND SAFETY; NUISANCES, £91.06 Î PUBLIC <br />NUISANCES AFFECTING PEACE AND SAFETY, CHAPTER 111: LIQUOR <br />REGULATIONS, §111.16 RESTRICTIONS ON ISSUANCE (D), CHAPTER 130: <br />GENERAL OFFENSES, £130.03 Î DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS WITHIN CITY <br />LIMITS AND PERTAINING TO STORM WATER <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota, will meet, on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 6:30 <br />p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. <br /> <br />The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss and obtain public input regarding the <br />proposed text amendments to the CityÓs Code, Chapters and Sections stated above. <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language <br />interpreter must be received prior to 4:00 p.m. September 2, 2022. All persons interested <br />are invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
