COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution 4 22 <br />A RESOLUTION TO APPLY PARK AND RECREATION EXPENDITURES <br />TO CHARITABLE GAMBLING PROCEEDS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, charitable gambling proceeds are limited in how they can be spent; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the authorized list of allowable expenditures; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council would like to use the proceeds for allowable Park and Recreation operating and <br />capital expenditures; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, that all charitable gambling proceeds collected in 2020 and 2021 are hereby applied toward <br />operating and capital expenditures for Park and Recreation functions that are activities and facilities for youth. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 14th day of September, 2022. <br />P <br />City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br />
