Given the timing of the event, I will like an approval of <br />this amount by the end of the month to enable a proper planning of the event. Please let me know the <br />proper approach for getting this approval. <br /> <br />This request is made per the outcome of the April meeting presentation I made to the EDA <br />committee, during which I presented a proposal for partnership between EDA and Park & Rec <br />Committees on a Trunk or Treat event. <br /> <br />The rest of the budget will be covered by EDA.
