CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. by President Jeff Hanzal. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL* <br /> <br />NOT APPROVED <br />PRESENT: President Jeff Hanzal <br /> Commissioner Steve King <br /> Commissioner Mark Remillard <br />Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br /> <br />VACANCY: One Seat <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF: Assistant City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis <br />Finance Director, Bruce DeJong <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher and seconded by Commissioner King to approve the <br />amended agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes were approved as presented. <br />Motion by Commissioner King and seconded by Commissioner Remillard to approve the <br />July 17, 2022 meeting minutes. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />V. BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />1. Bills <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the checks as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />
