The project is <br />for a 26-unit row-style townhome development. Centra Homes sold their plans to the Shifsky group <br />he reliminary and final plans will go back the P&Z for approval before the end of the year. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />To be determined at a later date <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />No action.
