CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />September 28, 2022 <br />Administration <br />WS II.4 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Garbage/Recycling Services (RFP or Extension) <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />Staff has met with Bev Mathiasen, Municipal Services Manager for Republic Services on several occasions to <br />discuss whether Republic Services would be open to an extension to the existing contract that expires on June <br />30, 2023.
